Features:

  • Wavelength and refractive index are inversely proportional. 
  • According to optical theory, it is difficult to form an image at one point for each wavelength because the refractive index is different by wavelength. 
  • A lens manufactured with excellent chromatic aberration by minimizing focal shift is called an APOCHROMATIC LENS.
  • Depending on constraints, the design may not be possible. 

Benefit

The APOCHROMATIC LENS made minimum chromatic aberration. Therefore, the hardware configuration of the equipment can be simplified. Apochromatic technology can be easily configured Hardware configuration in the equipment, and inspection speed can be improved because of a tiny focusing different by different wavelength. 
An APOCHROMATIC LENS provides better contrast.
